Becky O’Connor is head of pensions and savings at interactive investor. She has two decades of experience in personal finance and investment journalism and spent the early years of her career at The Times, covering personal finance and business news.
In 2012, she joined a renewable energy crowdfunding platform as communications director and became switched on to the power of investing for environmental good. In 2015, Becky co-founded the ethical sustainable personal finance website Good With Money, setting up the ‘Good Egg’ mark for companies demonstrating commitment to positive impact in 2017. Becky is a regular media commentator in newspapers, TV and radio on pension and investment issues. She hosts a number of podcasts and writes a column for the I paper on ethical finance.
She became a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in 2018 and sits on the ethical advisory committee of Castlefield Investment Management.
