Description
Follow the Wolf Moon, S. Donovan Mullaney’s debut book of poetry, explores the connections that are universal to all of us: family, love, relationships, change, and time. Mullaney’s lyrical understatement and often self-deprecating humor comes through with an understanding and empathy that will touch the soul of the reader. “A writer with a gift for language and the way a poem moves, Mullaney even displays a sense of humor and a political conscience…Delicious!” -Lloyd Schwartz, author of Cairo Traffic and Goodnight, Gracie, winner of the 1994 Pulitzer Prize for Criticism
A native of Plymouth, Massachusetts, S. Donovan Mullaney blends his Celtic, Pilgrim, and Native American roots in his work. From his first haiku written at age 6 to his debut collection of poetry, Follow the Wolf Moon, Mullaney’s gift for language displays uncommon insight and compassion for the human condition. In addition to his writing, Mullaney is a graphic artist, print maker, painter, and Web designer who has studied at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston University, and the University of Massachusetts, Boston.Additional information
