Jock, a.k.a. Mark Simpson, has partnered with writer Andy Diggle for THE LOSERS and GREEN ARROW YEAR ONE. The British-born artist began working as an illustrator for the Magic the Gathering collectible card game and in 1999, moved over to drawing stories for 2000 AD and Judge Dredd. In 2003, Jock drew an issue of HELLBLAZER for Vertigo. Later that year, Diggle and Jock began producing THE LOSERS. Jock has continued to do commercial work with clients including MTV, British Airways, Playstation, Nintendo, BBC, NBA and GT Interactive and did some production work for Batman Begins. Jock also illustrated the recent original graphic novel JOHN CONSTANTINE, HELLBLAZER – PANDEMONIUM.US
