Later, she worked as a freelance designer, creating individual furniture and entire room concepts. She set up her studio in an old factory in Hanover, Germany. In 2004 she opened a painting school and in 2015 set up her internationally popular YouTube channel under the name Künstlerstreich, which has over 80,000 subscribers.
