Here at Adams we have a very convenient and flexible return policy, if a student/parent purchases
a book for a particular course and then drops that course, he or she may return the book to us
within 30 days of the school's add/drop date. If the school does not offer an add/drop date, the
student/parent may return the book within 30 days of the first day of classes. Books returned for
refund must be in new, resalable condition.
We recommend that students or parents return books using a shipping method that offers them the
ability to track their package - this will allow them to confirm receipt of the package at our

Description of Buyback procedures
|
|
Students will simply log in to the website using their username and password and begin the
process by clicking on Sell Your Used Books. They will be offered a choice of either entering
the ISBN numbers of the books they wish to return or viewing the titles that are eligible for
return (selected from the list of all books they have ordered from us). Once the student has
determined the books they would like to sell, they are prompted to tell us the condition of each
book. The two conditions offered are described in detail. Buy Back prices are determined by the
condition assigned.
The student is then prompted to print out a pre-paid shipping label and a packing slip and sends
the books back to us (at our expense). Once the books have been returned and the conditions of
the books are verified, a check will be made and sent to the address on file, on their account.
These books will be held in our inventory for the following school year and will be offered back
to your students at used book prices. All used books offered for sale, will be those purchased
from your student body.
